How can i pay for my order? We offer most major credit cards such as PayPal, Visa, Master & American Express. and Buy now pay later with Klarna,
What is Klarna? Klarna Bank AB, commonly referred to as Klarna, is a Swedish bank which provides online financial services such as payment solutions for online storefronts, credit payments and more.
Do i have to open a account with Klarna first? No. When you are ready to pay for your order with Klarna( buy now pay later) option you will have to enter your details, if Klarna approves your request you will enter a agreement with Klarna Bank.
How do i know if Klarna approved my credit? Klarna will send you an email with matter of minutes of their decision.

How long does it takes to receive my order? Usually 3-5 working days (unless it's stated differently).
How can i track my order? Once the order is placed we will email you the tracking number.
What happens if i place a order for several items? Sometimes orders can be shipped from different warehouses, in this case we will provide you with additional tracking number(s).

How do i know if my order has been placed? After you place your order a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Can i cancel or amend my order? Unfortunately not, once your order has been placed our warehouse team will immediately start to process your order.

Do i have to pay a custom fee? If you place an order within EU countries then NO you don't have to pay a custom fee. Unfortunately we are not able to advice what custom charges may be applied to international shipments. For more information get in touch with your local custom office before placing an order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At what point can i make a return request for my order? Returns may be requested within 10 days of receiving the items.
How do i start a return? If you like to return your purchase you must contact us at email@example.com providing details of items you wish to return.
What happens after a request? After your request our customer team will email you a step by step guide on your request.
What happens if i post it back without contacting you? Our stock is located in several locations and every warehouse has different addresses. Unfortunately if you have shipped a product to the wrong warehouse we will not be able to track/trace your return.
Do i have to pay a return fee? If the product is damaged or incorrect: you will not incur any costs for returning the item. you will have to send a photo of the product to our customer service team, who will either give you a direct refund or we will issue a return label.
If you change your mind? the costs of making the return are at your own expense. You can send it back using your own chosen courier. We advise you to choose a courier who offers parcel tracking and proof of delivery.
How long does it take to receive my refund? We aim issue the refund as soon as possible after we receive your order. In some occasions it can take up to 14 days and up to 7 days to appear in your account statement.
